Considering the last few years and the projects on which we worked, we always find a critical factor in Implementing Change Management is Stakeholders and their collaboration.
Going ahead for Change Management is the first decision that key stakeholders have to take unanimously. Here many may be convinced, few may be confused and few may be against it. But due to some or other reason all say Yes to change management considering this as management’s new initiative which would die down eventually.

There are high chances that many continue with their opinions in the change management execution which always has an impact on the Change Management process. The overall process misses the Right Collaboration which is a key criterion for Change Management.
One of the solutions, we opt for registering the real opinions of key stakeholders during the discussion and brainstorming phase. This always helps you to engage each stakeholder in different ways during the implementation phase. e.g we need show the progress and successful milestones to the stakeholders who were confused so as to on-board them completely for further Change Management executions.
If we address each stakeholder with the same approach, we may increase the confusion of the stakeholders which will go into a negative zone which would have a negative impact of the Change Management execution.
CHANGE Management can not be a one time process, it’s a continuous improvement process which require strong stakeholders engagement.
