Having only a Great team without the right direction, counseling, and mentoring result in passionate work but toward wrong directions. This results in more friction, stress, and anxiety. For a Great Leader, if he doesn\u2019t have a good execution team, everything remains in the presentation or on paper. The strategy looks good and promising but there are no results due to poor execution by team. Success expects a tightly coupled model between Strategy and Execution, between Leader and Team with agility, flexibility, and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What we should expect from a Leader<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>High Emotional Intelligence<\/li><li>Enable and growth of team members<\/li><li>Decentralized &amp; collaborative decision making<\/li><li>Professional, Disciplined &amp; ethical behavior<\/li><li>Start change from self <\/li><li>Continuous learner<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What we should expect from the Team<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Inverse  Structure<\/strong> \u2013 to have a customer-centric approach and feedback mechanism<\/li><li><strong>T Shape Skills<\/strong> &#8211; a breadth of skills in multiple functions and deep expertise in the core function<\/li><li><strong>Aligned Vision and Goals<\/strong> \u2013 team vision and goals need to be associated with Organization Vision and Goals<\/li><li><strong>Peer to Peer Collaboration<\/strong> \u2013 thinking together and collaborative working model<\/li><li><strong>System thinking<\/strong> \u2013 team members should have analytical thinking, bring solutions along      with Problem<\/li><li><strong>Explore, Experiment and Pursue Ideas<\/strong> \u2013 keep exploring, experiment without fear of      failure to pursues ideas and solutions<\/li><li><strong>Gemba Walk<\/strong> \u2013 Team should have ground-level clarity and first-hand experience      with situations and customer experience<\/li><li><strong>No guilt and mercy of failures<\/strong> \u2013 Team should not feel guilty with failed experiments      and move further constructively<\/li><li><strong>Facts and Data<\/strong> \u2013 ensure to collect facts and data so as to make strategic      decisions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Framework for Success<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Objectives and Goal \u2013 <strong>What<\/strong> is the destination<\/li><li>Alignment of objectives with activities, KRA \u2013 Why one should do the activities and how it is related to Organizational goals and objectives<\/li><li>Execution of strategy and activities \u2013 <strong>How<\/strong> to execute the activities, communication      protocols<\/li><li>Time, Frequency and Consistency \u2013 <strong>When<\/strong> the activities should be done and      executed<\/li><li>Team, KRA, KPI \u2013 <strong>Who<\/strong> should do what and what not with required benchmark      guidelines<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Any successful business needs a Great Leader and Great team.
