Various customers of ours have put sudden breaks on ongoing discussions. It does not mean the customer doesn&#8217;t want our services but their needs &amp; priorities have changed. This is across the Industry whether its B2C and B2B.<\/p>\n<p>The sales engagement process has changed. It has become digital and virtual. Personal selling was driving revenue. Due to lockdown travel, meeting customers is on a halt. Customers and Vendors have moved on to virtual meetings and conferences. The new normal has its own advantages and gaps.
